I thought he had his license for a while, but all he's using to view the rear of his vehicle is the side mirror as he backs up. It takes 1 second for scenario to change. He needs to be turning the head, covering all aspects to the rear of the vehicle, as he backs up (especially in a parking lot). Otherwise, have good insurance when someone gets hit or run over.
