No, they changed that after some players would spawn camp sail people out of bounds to force them to not get xp. So you get xp for going out of bounds now.

Well if your on the losing side its counted as 2 loses. But if you're on the winning side it would be 2 wins

Yes this works for other ships you just need to make sure you dont get knocked off. From my knowledge it hasnt been patched yet.
