I really enjoy both of your channels but as a Christian minister one thing I never understand is why people attack those of us who have over 10 Bibles. People would have a heart attack if they saw my library but I just wanted to encourage you and anyone else who has a true deep love of the word. There are multiple uses for various variations of Bibles. This wide range of Bibles that are available releases and provides a multidimensional perspective of Gods Word from various angles which extends the knowledge and growth of those that want to become an extensive student disciplined disciple of Gods Word. You have an array of Bibles. There is a world of us that have a wide array of Bible material and study Bibles. Keep doing what you're doing to have a channel dedicated to us Bible lovers and Christians that love God. Thanks for your content.
I just retired this year and have decided to finally check out more translations. I've purchased at least one of each staying under 50 dollars and avg is about 25. I have used the NKJV and NLT for years, and now discovering many new likes in others. Videos like yours really do help and appreciate all you do.
I got really into Bible study and some Bible research after I retired, too. I like comparing translations. My favorite is the NKJV but I also like and use the NASB95, ESV, and of course the beautiful KJV. I like the out of print NIV84 but not the later ones. I just ordered an inexpensive NLT although I don't favor the less-literal translations.

Gidday Tim, and greetings from Australia 🙂 I have recently opened up my heart to the Lord again, and I feel so much love and contentment now. I have so much to learn about it all and will enjoy my journey. When I started searching for a bible I didn't realize how many different translations there were, and before I knew it, I had 24 bibles in 6 translations. I have a Study Bible for each of them, and I'm jumping in the deep end to read and study the bible at the same time. I know it's going to take me a couple of years or more to do it, but I have patience and I'm really excited about it. I really enjoy your channel and to see all those delicious bibles melts my heart lol 😀 I appreciate that you take your time out to create these types of video's and I will continue on watching them. If you have any advice for me about how to study that would be good, but if not, that's OK too. Take care

Very very nice Tim....very good premier collection of the word of GOD....lots of translations..lots of rebinds....lots of colorful bibles....inspired....Iam also gathering bibles, especially study bibles atleast one copy from everything..my premier collection is KJV maclaren goatskin leather..KJV Sovereign collection genuine leather and I recently ordered NKJV green goatskin limited edition from amzon india and is yet to arrive..my love for premier collection starts with your channel and then by Tim Nichols and randy channels..here in India we don't have Schuyler, Allen and no rebinds option at all..i want to start my own rebinding and this also inspired by your nkjv rebind bible.....thanks Tim....now a days the love for the word of God by people is diminishing, but because of you like people it is being ignited for the word of God, by the way please neglect hatred comments by some people, they are very few but you got lot of good people who really appreciates your work....I didn't see anyone till now who gave lot of premier bibles giveaway....you are collecting and also giving....nice work Tim..God bless abundantly your family....

You’ve definitely inspired me to start organizing all of mine and making a nice area to read and pray in solitude. I really don’t think the amount of Bibles you have is to over the top. Especially considering your a pastor who just loves premium Bibles. Can a painter have too many brushes? Can a Carpender have too many rear handle blade left circular saws? He cannot. 👍

@@LaLa_ArtGal I use a Horween ESV Heritage! I know it's not the most difficult bible to get right now, but it will be, and it's perfect for me. I've only trained the yapp, and I'm leaving the rest of the cover stiff as I don't really enjoy the overly floppy crossway bibles. The understated look and the greatest single column layout ever made is what primarily does it for me!

I just counted and I bought over two dozen Bibles in the last four weeks. They were mostly premium or genuine leather. My wife was not happy and I think I may have a problem. I’ve whittled it down to 3 for now. Bibles are too much fun to buy!

Is it easy to go over to Jerusalem and check stuff out? Are there any things to be aware as far as safety or laws or anything? I only ask because I've been thinking about trying to go myself but wasn't sure if it would be a difficult task.
I went with a group led by a tour company. It felt safe, but we had security. I would always recommend working with knowledgeable people on the ground who can help you visit safely.

Tim, I really enjoy your videos. I am a bible nerd myself (much to my wife's chagrin) and watch a lot of these sorts of videos. I think you have the highest quality videos out there. I am also a pastor in the UK (recently relocated from Texas) and, like you, love to be able to recommend bibles to others. I just gave away an ESV Study Bible to a fellow across the street from the church. I have also given some thought to doing videos aimed at a UK audience and even trying my hand at rebinding. For me the Harry Potter undermines your bible collection, Gods words is more than entertainment, not to be mixed with worldly pleasures.

Is it easy to go over to Jerusalem and check stuff out? Are there any things to be aware as far as safety or laws or anything? I only ask because I've been thinking about trying to go myself but wasn't sure if it would be a difficult task.
I went with a group led by a tour company. It felt safe, but we had security. I would always recommend working with knowledgeable people on the ground who can help you visit safely.

Last side note: When I was 16 years old, our family took a vacation which included a dinner show in Las Vegas ... so I saw Elvis in concert three years before he died. He made everyone there feel like he was doing a living room show just for them. My dad was a huge fan. 😁

Tim, I really enjoy your videos. I am a bible nerd myself (much to my wife's chagrin) and watch a lot of these sorts of videos. I think you have the highest quality videos out there. I am also a pastor in the UK (recently relocated from Texas) and, like you, love to be able to recommend bibles to others. I just gave away an ESV Study Bible to a fellow across the street from the church. I have also given some thought to doing videos aimed at a UK audience and even trying my hand at rebinding.
