It takes immense effort and concentration to immerse oneself into another person's life and mindset, more than you could imagine. To have that weight on you, as well as the pressure of matching/exceeding the audience's/director's expectations, and for all of that work to be ruined by an incompetent crew member, yeah a rational person would lose their shit. Sure, it's not ideal behavior for a person of his eminence, but he's human, and he's doing his job. Extremely well.

He visited with his wife, without any idea of promotion or gratification, all the victims of the Aurora shooting and the memorial. I think that wipes away any kind of bad mark he made by freaking out on the Terminator set. He's a good guy and an AMAZING actor. Leave him alone. It's been 4 years already!

Well in any case I think if I'd done as many accents as he has done then I'm sure they would rub off on you in some way. It's the same as people who live in different countries, I know lots of people from the north of england who have got more southern accents after living in London, and they don't even HAVE to do that accent.
