2+ years ago I lost my hubby to kidney failure. I unfortunately had to do my first bunch of grief mostly alone cuz of covid. I'm in agreement with your advice. It is a patience thing. Do as we can do. Your posts have helped me. Yes anger does help. I am fortunate enough to have a garage to express my anger physically in. I'm hoping this year to be able start my renos that I have been wanting to do for awhile now. A breakup is very much a grief event. So yes it does get awesome when we can finally get back to ourselves and feel comfortable again 💕
16:59 The World. On the original Tarot (Visconte Sforza etc. in the 1400's) , the World is a round globe surrounded on its sides by the four evangelists. This fellowship gathered round the table in Rivendell is the same motif !
I agree you really should've been consulted. Loved your walk through of a deck subject you clearly have skin in. I have reduced the amount of walk throughs, but LoTR? No brainer lolol.
I knew the moment I first saw that they were ONLY showing the major arcana in promotional photos that they were just trying to hide the fact that it was a pip deck. That's an instant deal-breaker for me. I will occasionally purchase a pip deck if they are up front about it and the pips are artistically done, but an intentional effort not to show pip cards means that I won't purchase it even if I like the deck. It may seem hard-nosed of me, but I really hate when a company is intentionally dishonest with me. As for Rings of Power, I just saw the 3rd episode last night, and I am *loving* it so far!
@@TheStitchinWitch I'm the same way, as long as they don't make a concerted effort to hide the fact that it's a pip deck in their promotional photos. That is what bothers me, not the pips themselves.
Totally. I prefer illustrated pips, but hey, the variety of decks these days makes it easy for everyone to find something they like, and that's the beauty of it.
Hi. I just discovered your channel and it’s really good. I have immediately subscribed. I,m studying tarot but I,m just a beginner . I was going to buy 78 degrees of wisdom but after listening to your review I will wait (I have two books with card meanings and the basics). Could you please recommend a book for beginners? I,m specially interested on one that covers the different types of spreads and readings. Thank you very much and congratulations from Spain for your awesome job.
I like the deck, but the pips I do think they should have been done in Marseille style, that are artistic and placed with details. Regarding, the Rings of Power, I choose not to see it, and for me, it is a fantasy story that as characters that share names but is nothing to do with Tolkien books.
I'm so glad I found your channel. I love every single video and been on a bit of a binge :)

I don't mind the odd pip deck, and if it's a subject matter (like LoTR) I'll happily play along. To each their own though, right?

All of the original tarot decks are pip decks. Therefore, it's the only kind of later deck that I am interested in. But to each, their own.

Is the any difference between the latest edition of 78 degrees and the older blue one? Thank you. i will get 101.
No idea as I don't have both editions and can't compare.

Tarot 101, hands down. And Holistic Tarot is great too if you want to really dive in.
@@TheStitchinWitch thank you very much for the advice! Best wishes
