- Glamping Vacation inside Ubud Rice Terraces | Bobocabin Resort
Dear followers and slow livers,
We are excited to share our unforgettable experience exploring Ubud’s stunning rice terraces.
Embracing Nature in Ubud
Our intention for this travel was to immerse ourselves in nature and disconnect from the hustle and bustle of city life. After a wonderful previous experience in Ubud, we decided to find a place closer to nature and discovered the serene Bobocabin Ubud resort nestled among the rice fields.
Bobocabin Ubud Experience
The Bobocabin resort is a tranquil retreat featuring around 40 cabins scattered across lush rice fields. Located just a 30-minute drive from central Ubud and a 10-minute drive from the rice terraces café area, this resort offers a perfect blend of seclusion and accessibility. Nearby, you’ll find two local restaurants and a grocery store, enhancing the sense of a peaceful escape. The sounds of birds, animals, flowing water, and rustling trees made us feel truly connected to nature.
Cafes Near Ubud’s Famous Rice Terraces
Exploring the rice terraces and nearby cafés was a highlight of our trip. A 10-minute car ride from the cabin took us to Tis Café, where we enjoyed affordable and delicious meals. Although Cretya Ubud Café is more famous, it was crowded, so we opted for a quieter experience. Visiting an Ubud rice terrace café is a must-do when in Ubud.
Slow Living in Ubud
Our time in the cabin was spent reading, walking, and enjoying the serene environment. After the crowded and bustling areas of Sanur, Seminyak, Canggu, and Kuta, the Ubud rice field cabin stay provided a much-needed retreat and an opportunity to embrace slow living.
Conclusion
Overall, our experience was overwhelmingly positive. If you’re seeking a peaceful and slow travel experience, Ubud’s rice fields and the Bobocabin resort or nearby resorts are excellent options for your Bali travel plans.
Thank you, and we hope you all enjoy our peaceful travel experience in Ubud’s rice fields.
