⁴ᴷ⁶⁰ New Prototype R211T Test Train Street-Running and Entering the NYC Subway System!

Here we see the first cars of the special R211T open-gangway test train being delivered to NYC. These cars will pilot an open, flexible passageway between cars in an effort to increase capacity, improve safety, and decrease asymmetrical car loading. Enjoy this look at the absolute first time that these cars operate on NYC Subway rails!
