Thanks very much for showing the pricing at the end of the video David. Half a million for new construction in Powell. Very nice. I'm an empty nester myself but would want at least a casual dining area in the third model. Seeing a floorplan that has only island seating (for eating) in the kitchen reminds me of college living.. But, the price point is in the $430's vs. 500's. Overall..very nice homes. Well done....Mike

You're welcome, Mike! Thanks for the comment. I was REALLY surprised there wasn't even a small space that seemed designated for a dining table in the 3rd home. I didn't really know what to say about it. I remember my grandparents small 2 bedroom condo in Florida had an eat-in-kitchen and a dining room, so it was quite the surprise to not find one in that floorplan.

The biggest surprise in that neighborhood are the high voltage electrical polls everywhere, which makes that community much less considerable, and for me personal not considerable at all. MI Homes so called Design packages on one floor houses also not offering really any customization, since everything is preselected.

I hear you about the high voltage power lines. So many new developments are near them. Thanks for watching!
