    Breyten is a voice of sanity, it disgusts me that people want to destroy this language just because it was used by the “oppressors”.

      Why are you quoting oppressors, like there's sarcasm to that?? Afrikaans is a language of our oppressors but so is English and many other languages so it should NOT be diminished coz there's more to it then that. But what's disgusting is you who qoutes oppressors like the Boers weren't oppressive. You're the disgusting one here, gtfu

    All languages link into one another by some form of words and or tone expressions. Doesn't matter what languages do one speaks but when we laugh, cry, shout or whistle, it sounds all the same.
