I'm going to rant, I love thay teaching I use app, I sit daily I listen bell I've meditated daily for 20 plus years ( not Via plum village) stop. I applied rains retreat 1st I have to do 3retreats and then reply..no one near me wants in anyway to build any kind Sanga etc and plum village retreats are expensive and I need more than at anytime in my life to sit regularly with others and work etc I'm at 57 to old to become a Buddhist nun at least in UK at Amaravati.. blahh Metta ommm Actually really upset right now at all the creaking here from people in nearby flats and no although would benefit from a Sanga would not form one
