This is what they should be teaching in the schools. Teach kids to be full, caring and well-rounded human beings who think and feel instead of memorizing and regurgitating.

Everyone knows this urgent education demand. But, learning about emotions and psychology and society is very complicated because of various norms, mindsets, culture, suitablility, preference, beliefs, etc

When I was younger I had undiagnosed head injuries which put me on an aggressive path, I remember consciously frowning, nobody ever asked about my feelings or told me what love and happiness was, too late for me now I have lived in anger ignorance and sin, I haven’t made any happy memories my mind is paper thin I suffer from intrusive violent thoughts and feelings, I have tinnitus and burning sensations in my brain and eyes, I have hardened my heart and not connected with family or community I am lost

Suffering is our addiction to "thinking" [all conscious mental activity. - CMA]
CMA is the invaluable tool we use to satisfy our appetites, solve our problems and achieve our ambitions, but, once a problem is solved, two things [and only two things] happen simultaneously in our mind [the amorphous arena of awareness]. We stop using the CMA we needed to solve the problem [it has fulfilled its purpose] and we feel a degree of happiness.
It follows that a further reduction in CMA will produce more happiness.
That is why meditators take a break from CMA while staying alert and passively aware.

We like the inspiration of the rallies at high School where the whole marketplace seems to be in the Bible the New testament I recommend 1800's doctrine if you want to interfere with my speech and you do not want to be put out as the Roman Catholic Church does with ease the Romans are dead I was told but I thought the Roman noodle
