Thank you.🙏🏻 This is beautiful. I've been listening to & enjoying this meditation on the Plum Village app for a long while now. This version with the gorgeous scenes & the sounds of nature is a wonderful peaceful addition. Thich Nhat Hanh would be very pleased, I'm sure.☺️🙏🏻❤
dear brothers & sisters, many thanks for this upload 🙏 Is it possible to add it on the app, please? I listen to the existing calm-ease meditations very often & with those additional nature sounds it would be a real enrichment. It is so beautiful 🌸⛩
This meditation is good for some-one who has more concentration. There was too many blank spots for a beginner. The teacher talked for only one per cent of the video.
It if is uncomfortable, you may like to try opening your eyes for a time and allowing the beautiful images to nourish you. I completely understand the discomfort with too much blank space since meditation can be triggering for many, but that is why it can be helpful to have pleasant imagery and sounds, so you do not become overwhelmed by the negative seeds that may be arising. I like to think of it as an okay substitute for the collective mindfulness energy of a Sangha or actually being out in nature (both of which make it easier to go deeper).

I used to dislike to much silence.. but it's good to get used to your running thoughts
too*
Meditation is not about DOING anything. It’s about listening inside and allowing feelings. Doing is what got us in this messy place to begin with.

Sorry, this is not a GUIDED meditation.
