    At 07:45 you say you have to hold short of the lines before the approach area. I think this is wrong.
    AIM: This marking is collocated with the runway approach area holding position sign.
    When specifically instructed by ATC “Hold short of (runway xx approach area)” the pilot should stop so no part of the aircraft extends beyond the holding position marking.

      If your aircraft is on the taxiway side (solid lines in front of you) you must have ATC clearance to cross onto the runway. If you are coming from the runway, and your aircraft is facing the broken/dashed yellow lines - you are allowed to exit the runway and access the taxiway without ATC clearance - but of course you should ensure you are exiting at the correct/allocated taxiway entrance.
