    Why do you run straight to braid? Any reason not to tie to it with mono top shot?

    Do these plugs run deeper than the depth your running your cannonball at??

      Yes, The faster you troll, the more it dives. as you slow down the buoyancy of the plug takes over and it will float up in the water column. It is indeed this diving/floating aspect that is a very effective/strike provoking characteristic to these wonderful, salmon catching lures!       Thanks for the quick comeback Mr. Nelson!! The speed I mostly run is at 1.5 to 2mph depending what I have out behind my cannon balls. If I put that knot more in the middle or lower it shouldn't dive that much then? Thanks!
