Love this! I ended a 2 year relationship Jan 23 - he was a narcissist. I never knew what the word meant. But it was classic case. I went into therapy for 6 months after as it had a huge impact on me and had never experienced anything like it before. I’ve now been on my own since Jan 2023 - first time on my own since the age of 16 - I’m now 50!!! I’ve now healed from the abuse but have to say I now look back and thank that I went through it. I’ve learnt so much about myself and how low my self esteem was to let someone into my life like that, I now like myself - enjoy my peaceful life on my own. Only thing is I can’t see me wanting to get into another relationship. I would rather be on my own with my good friends. I love your content and feel like I’m not alone.

I found your channel yesterday, and have listened to this chat 3 times.
This is me ! Exactly me…
This blew me away.. finally someone understands and was put it into words. It’s me word for word.
    I don’t know if I should laugh or cry… both I think.
    Thank you so much.

You seem very confused and insecure about relationships & i guess its been a slow learning curve.Hopefully you will find happiness but it is a two way street & people do change from the person we first meet.God bless you.

Thank you, perhaps in the past but know I realise the first relationship you need to be sure of is the one with yourself. I’m very happy now and wouldn’t have changed any of my past as it’s made me the person I am today.
