I believe it’s to do with the tax in India for outside investment has gone from 5% to 20% and Venkys have been told by their government to cut back on their overseas investments thus the rumours of the 20% reduction in our budget. But this law was set to come in oct 22 and was delayed so surely venkys will have kept this in mind when the budgets were set back March/April. So I’m sceptical about it all there could very well be some truth to all this
So the stories of Jackson Muleka , (who looks like he could be great)are incorrect then?. If the rumours are true The board need to come out and be transparent, have they learned nothing from previous set backs. We were in the premier league when they arrived . If they can’t afford the club then sell up and move on. Losing JDT is going to be a massive blow and we won’t get out of this division anytime soon , it could be a struggle to maintain position in this league without recruitment and be being forced into selling assets will only speed up the process. Wish I had never googled Blackburn today, dark days ahead.
