On this particular home the the model the other side of the “office” is where the on-site sales team occupies space…the 2 car garage (converted in an office) and the bathroom was unavailable for filming. Now the primary bedroom and bathroom is upstairs. I’m not sure how you missed it! It’s gorgeous. Take another look. ☺️ Lol.👀👁️👁️

The overall layout seems to be good, I just would add a garage for additional storage and an outdoor balcony upstairs...
