nah i knew u some type of filipino lool ya gotta visit the motherland sometime. a tip mix the jufran + worcestershire + tabasco for their signature max's sauce for the chicken. ❤🔥
Yummm 😋 I've never really tried Filipino food only a bit here an there like for sure lumpia an lechon Max's to Me stood out the Most a definite try on my list 😊 Thk You for sharing 👍
Those are dishes that you'll find more in the north of the philippines. You haven't been to the south yet. visaya's and mindanao dishes are more toward seafood due to the region is surrounded by ocean. some region love spices in the dishes and some put coconut milk. Have you tried kilawin tuna or adobo with coconut milk and chilis. you have'nt even scratch how much dishes there is in the Philippines. If you want to know about your culture you have insert your self in the culture. I'm a Filipino American born and raised in California andwent on a journey of discovery culture by going on a trip to the philippines and meet people travel the country in different region try there food and come out a different person.
I’ve been trying to rep Vietnamese seafood too sea is known for seafood but it’s underrated abroad cuz foreigners don’t want to spend a lot on foreign food they might disike
I'll pass on the sisig at Max's (it's not made the way I like it) and everything else you ordered from Max is good. Visit Nova's grill in Covina. Their take on sisig is soooo much better than Max's.
Welcome back. Glad you're home. 😊
Always!!
You have to do a Q&A, I have so many questions for you guys. Keep up the awesome work. 👍🏼
We will definitely do one in the future!

I don’t understand why restaurants call this little things lumpia. They look and probably taste more like dog treats. It doesn’t even look good
Prob watered down for a certain demographic
