1:22 updates the theme a bit with some darker 80s flashback retro synthwave distinct from the original. It is EXACTLY one of the things that could make this a great cover for a remake movie.
9 years late, but this is so damn good! This is my fave argento film, and fave Goblin soundtrack, so I wasn't expecting a whole lot but this is incredible and I love the new sequence!
Best! I like the church organs ,,really .a masterpiece and it fits the movie..wich I saw in english dubbing however I collect all D. Argento films...and this one was amazing ...but it OST really stood out ,...

Tenebrae is the first Italian horror I had the pleasure of seeing. Yep, even before Suspiria which I think is the most well known Italian horror movie yet.... (and a damn fine film, as is ALL Argento films) To me, Tenebrae is the reason I love Argento and Goblin and why everything in Rome I will one day visit to see is all from Tenebrae. HAHA. In my eyes, this soundtrack and film and cinematography are so well done that I consider this the pinnacle of Modern Italian Art. On par with Ancient Roman Art.
Best cover of the Tenebrae theme out there! I actually listen to this more often than to the original. At first I wasn't so sure about the disco part but it has won me over ever since. Hope you'll do more of this somewhere in the future.
Quite possibly the best cover of the theme I've heard. Great job with this! Tenebre is my favorite giallo. I think you did a good job of capturing the feel of the original while also bringing something new to it.
This is really excellent, only a mild criticism though, you need to cut back on the reverb a bit , you're sort of missing those "gaps" in the sound that makes the original pulsate so much. But, as I say, great stuff, thanks for sharing :)
