Edit: I KNEW this game looked familiar. It's from Sam Enright, who made The Greater Good (it was in a Jingle Jam bundle) and it was incredible. I loved that game and its soundtrack!!

After years of watching Tom, I know his reading can be a bit off and misreading things is all a part of the vibe, HOWEVER! Adding the word to/too 3 times in about 30 seconds is WILD 😂

OOO this is a super cute and good looking game indeed :D Plays very well and am super interested in this story. Also, talking of story, it is a bit sad you know. Like, I was expecting the 3 of them to be adventuring, Doug, Boom Boom and the friend from the start, but sadly she didn't make it (was even expecting to meet her at the city her to having been taken away like Doug before hand) but damn, Doug is all alone now. I do wonder if the humans on the new planet know of Earth falling, probably not with out they reacted to Doug, just like "Welp, seems like another human got abducted, ever month" or something, which is also a shame But, looking at the title screen I do see many interesting silhouette shapes, which I suspect will be future companion. Plus, being able to capture enemies, love, I would have tried that on the Guardian Ape myself XD ha ha.

Tom, I’m from the future present and you don’t actually live in present day modern earth.
I do not personally enjoy this game.
This game seems awfully proud of its writing for how bad it is. Lots of "lol so random, it's a guinea pig with a gun!" things that are funny for 5 seconds but dragged through the entire thing, and pacing that seems all over the place. You spend less than 10 minutes on earth, learn it gets destroyed, and the main character gets over it in another 2 minutes. If I'd learned everyone I've known and loved was destroyed by some nebulous entity named something ominous, I'd at least ask a few more questions about why it caused people to turn into floating glowing monsters, rather than go visit the pub.
They clearly put all their money into making the game pretty, and left the dialogue and story to someone on Fiverr.

besides the looting,crafting,FF combat and leveling to name a few........true is a mess of pop refrences but no rpg elements..... i hope your are joking else i strongly advise you to consule a doctor
