I know a lot of people are complaining about the Armor stat, but remember what Blizzard said. They want each build to have at least three to four Unique items and at least one to two Mythic Unique items. That's six slots in some cases, which doesn't leave much room for Armor rolls or Juggernaut's Aspect.
Exactly - I have a crafted shako and the armor stat makes it so I don’t have to roll +armor on a chest piece or pants. I was able to add Tyrael’s might & tibaults will without losing armor.
I've been trying so long I'm sad as hell seeing a lot of people shako and I can't get but my God in D2 resurrected I got a couple within a while of trying to get
you can literally craft one now logan. when people tell me they are having trouble getting this item I can't help but laugh, yes I am laughing at you logan. That might seem harsh but the reality is your sad for no reason. You get a free Resplendant Spark just by doing the reputation quest for each character, even if you do nothing else at all to get sparks you can obtain one by doing the rep grind on 4 characters in season 5. You get 1 free spark from killing your first tormented boss. You get 1 free spark from killing lilith that's 3 sparks logan for minimal effort and all you need is a fourth. The tormented boss drop mythics ALL THE TIME NOW, it's literally insane I think I have found over 20 mythics this season alone. Every mythic that you don't want or you think you can't use can be destroyed to get a spark as well. This season alone I have had over 15 sparks and crafted half of my mythics. The rep grind is super easy as well, and can be completed just to farm a spark and then delete the character. If you can't get a Harlequin Crest in Season 5 something is seriously wrong because they made it so easy that anyone with a little time can farm one just by rep grinding. So I have to ask you, are you doing any of the easy methods to get this hat? or are you just hoping one will fall from a random monster?

I mean unless your a barb with infinite armor, it's fine. Most classes need to build armor anyway to reach cap this frees up slots for something else.

Did u know it give u a +4 to all skills but not the power your power stays the same even though it adds 4 to them
