Thank you for starting to teach tips for the Janome Embroidery MC15000. I want to get more out of my MC 15000 Embroidery functions. There are many videos using the Babylock Embroidery Machines but not much for Janome, so this helps a lot. I love my machine & want to use it to its fullest potential.

Zaa, are you also using a Memory Craft 15000 machine? If the video tips do not help you, also make sure your USB stick is not larger than 16GB, and the design file is not larger than 200,000 stitches. We also recommend only using a name-brand USB stick, not a novelty-type one, as we have had customers have difficulty with some usb sticks.

We'll put that on our list of possibilities, however, many of the tips in this video also apply to your Skyline 9 as well.
