You are an excellent instructor. Your diction is perfect - no pauses. Your tone is perfectly pitched. You are well versed and really know your topic. Nice transition to another feature. I am so impressed with your style of teaching and have learned so much. Thank you for being so professional and sticking to the subject - no hand waving - no distracting gestures.
Such great tips!! My one complaint about my Janome (it’s my 2nd) is not having a lot of instruction on the use. These videos are SO helpful - thank you!!
Per the Janome book on the 15000, the red bobbin case needs to be used during embroidery when using Janome prewound bobbins. The yellow bobbin case is for bobbin thread that is 90 wt. or non Janome bobbins.
Thank you for such clear instructions :) the only problem I have is that for the straight stitch plate ONLY straight stitching is accessible on my cpu screen and my machine will absolutely NOT allow me to adjust my needle position. I have the Elna 780 (similar to the 9400).
Hi there. I’m having a really hard time understanding what needle plate I can use for my Janome 49018. I am looking for a straight stitch or HP plate and can’t find which plate will fit. Would love any advice!!! I’m also interested in getting a zigzag plate that is metal (and not plastic that the machine came with) THANK YOU!
At the start of all seams my machine will eat the fabric, regardless of stitch plate or feet used. I have to start 1/4” in or have a starter fabric. Any suggestions?
I’d like to know if you can use the blue bobbin case on the 6700 for higher tex tread. I make bags and things and find it frustrating that I cannot use higher tex thread, gütterman, rasant and non bonded nylon threads. Any advice would be great, I do not want to change the tensions on my res bobbin case!
I have a new Janome machine. I filled the bobber as I always do but for some reason the bobber won’t release from the machine. I even had my husband try. Ideas?

Use a starter piece which will help.

Hello Claudia, please contact your local Janome dealer. You can find your local dealer by visiting :www.janome.com/find-a-dealer/
Does the HP Plate and 1/4" foot work on the Skyline S5? Thanks!
No it does not. I asked this at my local dealer (I have an S7) and they said it is not made for those machines.
