Introducing the new FLIPSKY FT85KS 85V 250A ESC from Flipsky. This is a single ESC with a voltage of 14V-85V, continuous current of 250A, and peak current of 400A. It is a non-VESC series and has a reasonable price, so I think it is a product worth looking into if you are planning a really powerful DIY E-board build. I also plan to build a racing board once I get the other parts ready and I plan to apply the FT85KS ESC. Please refer to the detailed setup video of the ESC uploaded to the Flipsky TH-cam channel!
I dit find the FLIPSKY FT85BD for my Ebike project, but i cant figure out how to buy all the other hardwares. On Aliexpress i cant find breaking sensors, the Adapter for the Smartphone App, a PAS / Pedal Sensor, how to communicate whit the BMS to the controler and so on. There are simply no information out here, and i cant afford to buy evry thing, testing it out just to throw it in a short time away. I need a playlist whit Tutorials or a PDF which does explain evry single step. Then it would for sure be a big thing in the market.
@@KAMiJUINs Thank you very much, I really appreciate that. This would make you the first to make this technology usable for private use. I couldn't find any DIY or how to in English and German speaking countries. Flipsky short, simple explanatory videos are insufficient for amateurs like me. Instructions are needed to help with the entire assembly. Unfortunately, the instructions and item description do not explain which sensors (PAS/pedal sensor), variable regen breaking, etc. They simply do a poor job of marketing, and unfortunately customer support doesn't help either. It's such a good product after all. @nicod974 A multi meter would only help if i want to know how much Watt the System does draw. But the Batterie BMS already supports that, and i want to see it on a Display directly from the Controler (wired, not remote Display), not from my smart phone.

Simply the best ESK8 videos, EVER!
Thank you soooooo much :)
Can't wait for this muscle board. The torque is going to be phenomenal.
It'll take a bit more time for all the parts needed for the build to be ready. I'm looking forward to it like you :)
*Booyah!*
🤙🏽⚡️🤟🏽⚡️👌🏽
Nice to see they give everythin you need, even heat shrink 👏🏽👏🏽
Hi bro :)
Yeah, that meticulousness goes a long way in building!!!
@KAMiJUINs I look forward to seein the Monster you build with this, Doctor!
NICE~~👏👏
Thank you for coming and watching :)
That thing is a monster
Yeah, I thing so :)
Good video bro 💪 👍 😎
Thanks as always bro :)
Hi bro. It`s very nice video and useful at all :-)
Thank you for watching, Bro :)
It will be a beast but you really would have been better off with the Spintend one
So... I assume they have CAN ports, so you can use a DUAL ESC config?
Yeah!!!
Aren’t you scared of the bullet connectors getting loose and shorting out on the housing? They seem to be really close to it.
These bullet connectors are realliy massive (hard to plug and remove). I don't think it will loose easily 😉
@ i meant the ones on the pcb but otherwise the esc looks great :D
@Dprinted_ it looks like there are two pcb-s in the housing and i thought these connectors are on the bottom pcb and correctly soldered on board
@@onefootsbfI love flipsky products just thought to point it out
The connection of the connectors was very solid; rather, I had to worry about whether the ESC would break when I removed it.
hi.. on the flipsky esc tool application is there a parameter to set the flux weakening?
yes
thanks.. on my bike I have the 75200 v2 pro controller.. I'm undecided whether to buy FT85KS.. in your opinion does it have better performance?
@ FT85KS must have better performance. trust me!!!

Use a multimeter.
Thanks for the comments. I'm going to apply these ESCs to the E-board. I hope the video helps you a little bit
