    Maria these look fab and so easy - do you bake in a convection or did you do it fan oven?

      Hello! I bake them in a fan oven. Add 10C if you have a convection oven

    hello, great recipe, thanks a lot! just a question: my orange peels were really hard (quite like rocks). did you already face that problem? FYI I use homemade candied orange peels. thanks !

      I don't have that problem, but maybe it is worth keeping the peel in the sugar syrup to keep it soft?

    Why would the chocolate need to be tempered just to spread on the cookies?

      Hello! I like to temper my chocolate so it's nice and shiny on the florentines. But you don't have to, it will just be a bit dull.

    Can honey be replaced with corn syrup? In what quantity?

      I haven't tried that, but I imagine you could change it 1:1

    I can’t follow your recipes because you don’t tell measurements of ingredients on TH-cam.

      if you watch until 0.22 it will tell you the measurements of all the ingredients ;)
