One Man & His Body Solo Practice Series of Tai Sabaki Aikido Exercises That You Can Do On Your Own

One Man & His Body was filmed for The West Midlands Aikido Association in the UK during 2020 Covid 19 epidemic which caused all the dojos in the UK & across the world to close. This film was created as a solo training video & continued interest for all its members to watch during these hard times of lock down. Filmed are the basics of Aikido movements and principles to allow a person to train on their own at home while continuing learning. This film caused a serious of other training videos to be made called One Man & His Jo part 1 & 2 & One Man & His Bokken to be made all related to Aikido as lock down went on with the Virus.
