Another great demonstration Bob. The only improvement I could see would be welding multiple nuts on the underside for the straight position and the 90 degree position of the wheels so no wrench would be needed, just your impact gun and your good to go. Cheers Woody !!!
Great video bob !!!! You did a terrific job explaining the advantages and different options of the conveyor. Looks to be a very well built, solid machine. The Honda engine has been around so long. It’s incredibly dependable. It speaks for itself. Look forward to your next video.
Would love to upgrade our old conveyor to this 24 ft one just need a few other woodyard upgrades first . Would definitely be ya first customer if I could get ya to build some sort of a hopper feeder that would hold a cord or 2 of rounds an feed them onto the table . Kinda a universal unit that would feed any vertical or horizontal splitter that could be loaded with a tractor or skid steer . Picture a truck sander with the back cut off an a wider bottom run hydraulicly from the splitter . Just an idea for you guys that would sell good .
@@WolfeRidge Thats what we have ben using a 7 by 14 dump trailer . But them 300 lb oak rounds are a pain to roll out of the trailer an turn around to set onto the table . Rex splitters makes a hopper feeder but they are having a hard time getting them over here to the states . Be nice to have someone here in the states that could make them .
Honestly it was easier than I thought it would be to pivot those wheels. Also moving the conveyor left and right was pretty easy too considering I was on snow and mud.
We are currently working on a screener. Don't know how affordable it will be though... bearings, shafts, sprockets and chains are around $4000 before we even start welding. This is for a 10 ft unit...
This is something I need to do a separate video on as it is a good question. In this case I would say at least 1-2 seconds using it in the 6 inch position on this 35C.
I prefer to load on a trailer but there's been a few guys who have towed them home. If towing them, we recommend adding some magnetic tow lights to the grizzly bars to be safe
How tall will that thing go? I bought a Road Range 18ft conveyor and while it was a lot cheaper it works ok but the chain is a piece of crap! Its only run about 15 cords through it and Ive broken off about 9 cleats because of a stupid design so hoping to have a good winter and buy a real conveyor but only want to buy one more time so debating between a 24 or a 32ft
24 goes up to about 11 ft under the grizzly bars. 32 makes 15ft high piles. We do have a 24 ft in stock right now, give us a call and never worry about broken chains again!
Great work with the demonstration! Save some splitting videos for the rest of us 😂😂
Bob, you are killing it with these walk around videos!
Thank you, looking forward to your next video!

Hi Woody, thanks for watching! I can see your point there, I'd only be concerned with the welded nut getting cross-threaded some day on accident.
Really enjoyed this walk around Bob and love the work you are doing with WR MFG!!
Thanks Bill!
hi there real nice conveyor , still using the log lift as a table .time to redesign that whole side of your splitters , good show ,best to all john

Thank you!
You’re welcome Mr firewood. 🪵
Great video Bob! With the turning wheels and the adjustable speed, i believe its the best conveyor on the market
Thank you!
Chris, nice job choosing Bob to do these walk around videos.
I appreciate that, thanks for watching!
Hello Bob, Good video. Great conveyor, 🪵🇺🇸
Thank you!
Wolfe Ridge conveyors are first class that is for sure! Great overview Bob.
Thank you Matt!
Pretty cool the wheels turn! Awesome conveyor👍👍
Really amazing how easy it is to move once they're turned too.
Nice walk-around!! Like my 16ft conveyor!! Stay Hydrated and Have a Safe Day
Thank you! I am thinking a 16 foot is what will be perfect for my wood yard. Do you rotate yours or just keep it in one place?
@@BacktoBob1 right now one place, about to start on bins so it may be moving around more
Placed my order yesterday for the FC-24!! Viewed this at least 10 times now!
Thank you Hayes!
Another great review Bob. 👍🏻👍🏻
Thanks Todd!

😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
If you have a dump trailer, that would work for a hopper. Just keep it hooked to a truck when you raise it LOL

Hey Bob how are you doing I'm Rob and like the convaer and the log splitters
Hi Rob, doing well. Happy Monday!
Ok fine you talked me into it!Tommorow i am going to turn my wheels. I feel like it will be Easyer to back trailer under at different angles
Honestly it was easier than I thought it would be to pivot those wheels. Also moving the conveyor left and right was pretty easy too considering I was on snow and mud.
HAY GUYS, COOL CONVAYER... NICE VIDEO... PEACE...
Hey Bob love my wolferidge, have you guys ever thought of building a affordable disc cleaner? Also love to watch your videos

Thank you for watching! Like Chris said, there's something in the works here 😉
Good video Bob!
The ability to adjust the stroke is money!
How much time does the short stroke take off one cycle?
This is something I need to do a separate video on as it is a good question. In this case I would say at least 1-2 seconds using it in the 6 inch position on this 35C.
Over 2 seconds per 6" on the 35c
How does the sump of the conveyor work with the sorting table extension?
Works great with the extension as well! The splitter would just be a little farther away to allow some chaff to fall thru the extension bars.
Wow 40 foot convayor? I didn't realize you guys made one that long.
I can safely assume 35 to 45 MPH max towing speed?
I would tow it only short distances, probably 35mph would be comfortable.
@BacktoBob1 : So a 6 hour trip across the state is a no-go. Ok, I can deal with that 😉👍
@@DanielAtkinsFirewood Yeah I’d put it on a trailer at that point. 👍
How do customers take conveyors home?
Im assuming they need trailered on the interstate?
I prefer to load on a trailer but there's been a few guys who have towed them home. If towing them, we recommend adding some magnetic tow lights to the grizzly bars to be safe

Bring Chris back
He’s still here, thanks for watching!
Thanks but I think Bob is doing a great job and I just don't have time to make regular videos as we continue to grow. Have a great day! Chris
@WolfeRidgeSplitters you made the right call with Bob. He knows his stuff and a great fit for WRS.
Gary, go back to sleep princess
