I only know one province that waive english exam which is Ontario but you have to present a letter or document from your recent employer that your primary language is English.

Hi I passed my NCLEX in California last 2006 and is now a licensed Registered Nurse in Texas since 2012 up to present through state endorsement because I don’t have a social security number in the US. My question is, do I still need to take NNAS if ever I will migrate in Canada? Thank you and looking forward to know your reply.

you can definitely start while you are still in the UK. Basically, you have to create an account in NNAS and you have to pay first to generate the forms you will have to send to Regulatory Bodies(in your case PRC and NMC, I assume), your School, and the employers you worked as a Nurse.

May mga provinces po ba na nagwe-waive ng IELTS when it comes to RPN?

You can process your nnas even nasa UK po or even wala po kayo application pa sa canada
