Welcome back 👋 Ngl, im very surprised by these results. For the first time having more cores in gaming is useful (between cpu of the same architecture).
Thx, the vacation was really nice, 8 days on Gran Canaria 😁 The 7600X3D is now the most efficient CPU. The slight difference in performance was in Black Myth Wukong (0.3%) and Star Wars (3.4%). The biggest difference was in Starfield, 21.2%. On average, the 7800X3D is 11% faster in these 10 games. CPU Power (AVG) 7600X3D - 64.1 W 7800X3D - 76.3 W in percent +19%
At 1440p in games like Starfield and 40K the 7800x3d should still come out ahead by at least half as much as it does at 1080p. The 7600x3d is the clear price to performance choice as the 7800x3d has skyrocketed.😊

Thanks for including 1% lows averages. Great video
Reminder for those being scared: chances are, it you're at 1440p or 4k the differences will be way lower due to decreased stress on the cpu
I want to see more cpu dependent games like Valorant and cs2.
Best to go 8 cores from now on
yeah, i'll just wait until am6. my am4 x3d is serving me nicely
Am6 will come in 2026-7 probably am4 is still a great choice
Am blind or what? What's the resolution of these games?
You can see it in the beginning in the settings. Kind of bad to not include 1440p or 4k IMHO ...
1080p , rescale from 720p on final fantasy
What about the MSFS?
Microsoft Flight Simulator:
7800X3D: 124 FPS AVG, 103 1% LOW
7600X3D: 120 FPS AVG, 98 1% LOW
@@BENCHMARKSFORGAMERSoh wow I thought MFS benefited from more cores
Strictly speaking, neither CPU is fast enough to saturate the RTX 4090 at 1080p.
Mistake on the thumbnail
Oops...thx

No it's not useful. No one with a 300$+ cpu plays on 1080p. In higher resolutions they both perform identical

oops, now the cat is biting its own tail...grande problemo,amd..grande problemo
I got 7800x3d for 350$ wtf is 450$
They're up to $550 or higher most places (and out of stock). Demand went through the roof when the Ryzen 9XXX cpus tested out so poorly.
@@Glofilter yes 450 here France
$460 is the cheapest here
You should have gotten it when it was on sale for most of the year
Same got it for $350
