The quadlock damper is a must. The vibes destroyed my iphone camera in the first 200 miles on my tracer. Added a damper and my new phone is fine after 5000 miles.
Hi ! For the Quadlock mount, I highly recommend the BCD Design one, it fits on the windshied handle and you no longeer need to lower your head to see the phone :)
Those pannier look great! Can they carry a couple of bottle of whiskey in the pannier so you can refuel the whiskey holder on your handle bar when needed?
Hey I took it to the mechanic as I didn’t have torque wrench. I was there watching the installation. It is super simple. Maybe will take 30mins for everything.

Buy an apple carplay or android auto device for almost the same price as a quad lock…best purchase i ever made.

Around $100 if you want to maintain your warranty. But all you do is changing oil.
The center stand makes oil changes & chain maintenance so easy.

Yes, top case is also genuine Yamaha. Backrest is extra accessory.
