Never seen such a realistic landscape … breathtaking. What’s odd is the way your eye switches halfway through you applying a technique from watching you apply paint to seeing it as photo real textures
Wonderful. It's not just what I can see. I can feel the cold, damp air. I can smell the muddy ground. I can hear the sere leaves resting above the others rustle as I walk along the edge of the path. Amazing. Your best! So far.
I've watched this painter enough to say, "wait for it, wait for it" when I can't see where the paint is going, then it appears--there it is! Excellent control of color, paint, brush, texture, affect with simple yet delicately complex.
To view and admire a masterpiece is one thing, but, to watch the master create that piece is truly a privilege, I am very grateful to you for filming your work and sharing it with us. Tell your Dad how much I admire his work as well. You two are certainly a talented family (credit also due to the tremendous amount of work it took to get you both to this point). I know every artist wants to improve as they go along, but, I can't see how either of you could possibly improve. When you achieve actual photographic reality I'd say you've reached perfection. Michael is great! You might also like U.V.N art channel - Victor is a master of light and shade, he uses airbrush to add some little extras which shift the painting into next level.
He is also a very good artist but not like Michael. Michael has amazing control on colours detailing. His paintings are like photo copy of original one. So i think Michael is a great artist.
