Funny how arguably the most useless wonder in vanilla single-player is a top contender in FFE, lol
It's absolutely not useless because it's fantastic for monumentality rush where you get tons of era score and faith to faith purchase builders, settlers and traders not to mention that builders can get up to plus 3 extra charges with China,lee yang and pyramids and add feudalism on top of that and that is a 8 charge builder which is insane

@@sanzyboy3952in single player the divinity ia will always build stonedge and with 3 starting city, 2 builder, 5 starting tech and 100% bonus to production they will always steal stoneedge from you no matter what you do
@@setsunatouma Bruh just build builders preemptively and then as you unlock astrology you just use all the build charges to build it when you play China

Nice video! I saw the tier list for the early wonders, but would you consider making a more comprehensive video/tier list about wonders, rare use cases for low-tier wonders, and good Civ synergy wonders?

Dumb question - On the face of it, 2 of each yield per city that has a wonder does not sound like that much? Am I missing something? Or is it that they come early in the game and compound well over time? I understand that the 6 faith per world wonder is very strong and feeds especially well with monumentality and settlers.
It's not amazing, but it's the fact that it's pretty good for that religious slot. What else are you going to take? If you have a wonder in most of your cities it's better than all of the other options. Most of the other options aren't all that amazing, with Tithe being currently the best option in that slot for most civs. This isn't AI we're not spamming missionaries and converting people so you rarely get big value out of those options. If you have a wonder in that city it's just strictly better than other options.
the objective is to leverage the yields gained to accelerate your game. think about it like this: the world wonder now acts like a +2 campus, +2 theater square, +2 commercial hub, +2 holy site in the time that it would take to make 1 of them. This gets you the early techs and civics to then get your other infrastructure
Can you explain why the game would be conceded there? Could the rest of the ppl not gather together and attack your lands or something?

Already made one 3 months ago, actually, which you can find on this channel. It's one BBG patch out of date, but I don't think enough has changed to warrant an entirely new tier list.

The lobby for the Qin Mandate-of-Heaven game had like 8 novices in it, but 42ykovc, who was playing Germany, is actually slightly higher rated than me. I have no idea what went so wrong for him to end up with such poor stats on turn 56. The second game I showcase was actually in an all-around strong lobby though

Do you always upgrade a resource with a farm when going for irrigation for the boost?
No, oftentimes I'll research irrigation without getting the boost. I only got the boost here because it was convenient to do so
@HersonCiv would you say it's worth it to use a builder charge to upgrade a tile you won't work for the near future for the boost?
@@alex2005z In marathon speed it definitely is ; however don't know how well that translates in online. I play sometimes marathon to be able to feel directly and throughly the impact of my choices, it helps a lot to be able to tell the right choices
this is one of my favorite strats to play. one suggestions I would add: build the mausoleum of halicarnassus, especially on china its super easy. go for big industrial setup, and spam more late game wonders with double charge engineers. Secure davinci double charge too.
6:27 why did you not put the wondercard in? Do the percentages stack? Or is autocracy + wondercard only 25% or is it 1.1*1.15 ≈ 1.1265 so 26.5

What game speed do people play on with BBG? And is there a tier list or something for the civs after balancing? I took a look at Khmer and they nerfed him to the point that I don't totally know what to do with him
Online speed, and there's a tier list I published 3 months ago for free-for-all games with BBG on this channel. It's one patch out of date (it was made on patch 5.7 and we're on 5.8 now), but it largely still holds up.
@@HersonCiv Ah very cool! Would you happen to have a video on how to play on online speed? I've been playing singeplayer deity on epic and when I tried online speed it totally threw me off
@@spacepillow All of my videos technically contain advice for playing with online game speed, but probably the best example is my video "5 Noob mistakes to avoid in multiplayer Civ 6." Two of the mistakes I covered are based in habits that players learn from playing on slower game speeds that are harmful with the online game speed.
