Hi this is not bread pudding ,it's bread and butter pudding ,I live in Wales and bread pudding is a poor man desert made from old bread soaked in water for her squeeze out and add a egg, sugar,dried fruit a little margarine , nutmeg and cinnamon all guessed amounts depending what we had cooked for about HR until just set and serve in chunks ,hearty filling and yummy ginny
Thanks for sharing that. I was hoping for a little more custard, but I think I put too much bread in that soaked up all my liquid. It was still delicious and is ALL gone! Thanks for commenting!
