I am a passionate Malaysian, and proud of our cuisine. Thanks for visiting and for enjoying the food in Malaysia. Especially trying out ur own spin to the local dishes. One statement that unfortunately was incorrect, is that Satay/Sate actually originated from another great food destination, our beloved neighbour, Indonesia. We merely took further steps in the variation of the meats and the satay sauce itself is more thick and spicy.
u shud visit every part of Malaysia bcos each province n state has so many different cusine .Some are blend with the local n the immigrant. And we are proud of it
I will say this, Chinese from China do not recognise Malaysian Chinese food as being Chinese, and Indians from India do not recognize Malaysian Indian food as being Indian...😂
Going to Malaysia but dont try MALAY FOOD is like going to UK but eating Indian food😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 Diverse are so underrated because British colonial ruin us And why you always left put MALAYS from the diverse context? Chinese & Indian only came after British brought them to Malaya This is like the most British colonialism documentary ever
"Could i try one please" ?!! Ainsley, why do you need permission to eat something ? Just Order the food, pay and eat !! Next time, do the unbeaten trail and be more adventurous. Go on Safari, travel to Borneo part of Malaysia. Go meet our "close cousin" the Orang Utans, go climb high Mountains, dive into the sea for "freshesh" seafood, explore the wonders of nature and cook the Borneo cuisines !!

"East Indian company set up in Penang to buy spices", Is a way to say "it was occupied by the British empire and robbed" in very polite manner.🤣🤣🤣

Very inaccurate representation of Penang food. Especially the laksa. Rubbish show
Penang ni bkn sedap mn pun, nasik kandar tu jela... Datang kelantan baru kau jumpe mkn yg pelik2 dan sedap, betul2 tradisional
Dunia lebih kenal Penang dari Kelantan
