The sweet potatoes and brussel sprouts in your dinner bowl reminded me of one of my favorite meals that is made on a sheet cake pan. It is easy to make, quick to clean up and delicious. I cube sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts, smoked sausage, onion and Granny Smith apples, group them onto the pan, drizzle with EVOO, sprinkle with S&P and any additional seasonings you like. Bake on 350 degrees for about 20 minutes, turn over and bake until tender, usually another 15 minutes. I love the combination of meat, veggies and fruit.❤
