You can know the exact impact location when you fire into the sky, just ping your location, aim upwards and align the ping with the middle of the crossbow and tilt the cross bow down by like 8 degrees (you can do this with 4 small steps down). This will fire a bolt exactly 80m away, if you like to shoot closer just do 2 small steps and it will land 60m away, 40m at no steps and 5 steps for 110m.
