Floor to ceiling bookcases………I’m in heaven! Really nice design……I love the fact that you enter into the kitchen rather than the living room. Kitchen could use a small hutch or pantry for more storage.
Very sweet! Traditional styling with all the modern conveiences 😊 Just one suggestion - replace the windows in the dining area with French doors and add a small patio (with a grill?) outside the French doors.

It looks so spacious . Love where the windows are . And I'm liking the green in the kitchen. Love the porch and front door . Is there room for a washer and dryer? If so ... I could definitely move in.
The washer and dryer are in the closet just off the kitchen. The door is partly open, so you can see them.

Now that's the perfect house to complete all my needs...only change would be a step in shower instead of a tub...and a flat screen TV in the Living room and each bedroom. Otherwise it looks like it has ample storage space in both bedrooms, kitchen, etc.. While I love the brightness I'd definitely want privacy optional shades or shutters.

With just a light elevation of the roof you could have two more bedrooms! Overall, it's a workable plan. The kitchen needs upper cabinets, and the island would be needed for food prep rather than for informal dining. I love the living room bookshelves, but the room needs more comfy chairs.

What happened to the upstairs? It looked like there was a 2nd floor....
It says $110,000. Who builds this home or can I get the floor plan somewhere?
