very nice video, the only Hippeastrum I cultivated outdoors so far is Balentino, a variety already known to be cold hardy in zone 8, I will definitely try next year with other varieties. Actually in this period is sprouting in my allotment the real Amaryllis I keep outdoors all year round, Amaryllis belladonna. Looking forward to make a video when the plant will bloom!!!
Thanks! Yeah my belladonna lilies had sprouted way too early so frost damage got to them, but they should be putting out more growth once it warms up in spring.
