Loved how this showed up in my recommendations after I finished rewatching Nodame Cantabile for the nth time😂 After finishing the last season and listening to this right now, you could honestly tell how much her piano did improve during her time in Paris. Definitely my favorite classical music anime.
imo the tempo is too fast, the animation is really out of time and i personally dislike her style of rubato, her interpretation also felt extremely empty, there wasn't any vibrance or change in dynamics
I think that's the point for this piece, she just played by that 1 time she heard the song and have not read the score. It's bound to be wrong but goes to show she's very good at it
she hasn't been sleeping and has been practicing the piece like crazy for a few days without much rest. so it's more like fell asleep from total exhaustion
