- The car that was given to me by James of @JayEmmOnCars was the first to get some interest of all the items I have for sale. However, this isn't a car I can really sell, so I have had to cone up with another solution.

Love Tom to bits and can't think of a better custodian. I know exactly what you mean Paul, sometimes some things are worth more than money. Knowing the ZS is being looked after by a trusted friend is worth its weight and fair play to Tom for offering to get things straight and up to speed at the yard. What a guy ❤
You know Tom, then?
Win, win!
Brilliant video Paul and you are a very nice man 🚘🚙🚗👍👍👍👍👍👏👏👏👏👏👏
Thank you
Thomas sounds like nice bloke, looking forward to updates on the car
He's a really good chap
That's a win from every angle. Very good job.
Yes it is
Wow your a good man and Tom.is the perfect guy for the ZS. Give and you shall receive and it looks like it's worked out well all round.
Fair play paul .
Thank you
A good result all around methinks 😊🤔. Meanwhile, I've been given three cars of my own.... and it's only Wednesday😮😜! Tom Turbo will do "S-C" proud, I'm sure of it.
7:30 You need to get that Thomas on with his cars! 😮
Thomas, not Turbo Tom
@@ProjectNigel Yup!
That's a very nice thing to do, I respect the handling of the situation and a good outcome for all.
Thank you
Great result all round Captain. 👏
Yes indeed
Great news and video👍👍
Some times in life it's not all about money too see a car that probably will be a future classic restored by a enthusiast and on the road well that's enough good luck like your style 👍🔧🍄🍺🍺
I've just sold my zs180 in black ! To a chap I know , so same scenario , I know its going too a good home !
winner winner better than a chicken dinner with boaty
Think it's the right choice. Those grid spoke wheels are nice.
Thank you
There goes my chance of ever buying that blue wing off you
That’s lovely that you’re passing it on for it to be saved! On another note if you ever sell those gridspokes can I have first refusal please?
👍👍👍👍👍
Ive been after a 180 as well 😢
Everyone wants them at the moment. (Not actually everyone).
@ProjectNigel my mondeo ST is falling to bits so I want a change. Ive always wanted one, theres a bloke selling a mint 1.8 in fore frost red but wants way too much for it
How did i get here?
Good move.
If Mark E Smith was still around and started a youtube channel I'd like to think it'd be very much like this, only mid 80s Peugeots, 309s in particular. Don't know why.
So the flimsy cheapened last-of-the-line ZS / 45 cars can actually be desirable ? This one has a good future at least, and the yard cars all need some proper mechanicing to move them on to new owners…..
Actually the facelifted 45/ZS is far from cheap and flimsy. The cost cutting was worse for the Mk1 of 02-04. They are just a 45 with a more modern looking dashboard and a few toys the MK1s never got. Getting desirable if well kept and lower mileage especially.
You’ll never be a rich man. However, you are very rich in kindness. A good move as regards moving Charlotte to Thomas. 😊
Sounds like a win win for everyone and the brum brums.
I sold mine in 2007. Stupid boy.
Well you had it for free so why not give it to Tom let me put it back on the road it would not take much to put it back on the road I don't blame you for needing to get rid of the cars you can't afford Charlotte church is the best one out the lot just don't let him start cutting it about it's quick it enough
At what point in the video was it mentioned Tom was intending to “cut it up”? It was merely a demonstration of Toms skills working on other vehicles.
@@exgtt2061 well he's cutt the other rover to try make a Audi gearbox fit on a rover engine thinking I would fit right in 🤣😂
That's not the same Tom
Someone who lives a "hand to mouth" existence should not get involved in cars. Especially not English classic cars.
Get yourself a Ford fusion 1.6 tdci and take up fishing!
Then, just maybe you will have a few quid (£) in your pocket to pay for a family holiday and reconnect.
Reconnect?
That mg is not what I would describe as a classic english car. It's Longbridge parts bin rubbish
What a knob you are
@@chucky2316 That's probably a bit harsh.
They are widely regarded as a 'modern classic' and though the build quality isn't as nice as earlier ones, they are good cars.
That motor needs to be fixed up parked up and let the value appreciate that's what we've done with a few but what are you going to do when you've sold most of your assets you need to plan your income stream always thinking 6 months ahead
Good points
My opinion is you need somewhere that you can do more or less as you please in without limits on motors you can have I've said it before think outside the box it works
Think like dave from burnley yeno hello im paul from Rochdale
I know Dave
