$19.95 Tactical Aperture AR-15 flip up sights

I purchased these sights from opticsfactory.com for $19.95 shipped. These are marketed as the Pro Series Tactical Aperture AR-15 flip up sights. I ordered them thinking they were made in USA, but upon receiving I discovered they were made in China, and the listing was actually worded "USA seller".
Overall the sights are decent for the money, but I did find an issue with the rear sight when set for the long-range aperture. It is tilted when on the long range setting. I contacted Optics Factory and they promptly sent a replacement......which also has a tilted aperture.
Other than the tilt on the long-range aperture I would say these are decently made for a Chinese part. They anodizing seems to be of acceptable quality and the ball bearing adjustments are smooth and appear to hold well. That said, I wouldn't recommend these due to the tilted aperture.
