Anyone who takes this movie seriously should lose their right to criticize future movies. With that being said, it was a good movie and I enjoyed it back then and I still do.
@Wade Watts Most critics at the time didn't respect it as a film because it was based on a video game, so to them they treated it like garbage before it even got a chance. A lot of adults back then, especially ones smug enough to consider themselves art critics, hated video games
I just wanted to Thank you (Personally) for making this song available! I don't know why but, this is one of those songs that's damn near impossible to find unless you're at the 'right place, at the right time' while ALSO being lucky enough to be at said, right place & time, while the tiny window of time that it appears to be "out of jail" ... y'know, or whatever, is open. I can't stand the rest of the versions of this song that I've heard ...BUT, I LOVE this one :D ... unfortunately, It almost Never seems to be available, and that's Always bummed me out, big time! I've loved this (George Clinton and The Goombas) version of the song since the very first time I heard it in "Super Mario Bros" (when I was 10 years old). This soundtrack has got to be (at the very least) in a high lead for "Soundtrack that I've bought the most amount of times, throughout my life", mainly, because of - THIS - song! I mean, don't get me twisted, because, IMO, a lot of the other songs from the Super Mario Bros Soundtrack are really cool too, Roxette's "Almost Unreal" is another really cool song that I like a lot. Fortunately though, it's WAY easier to find than this one .... as is almost any other song that I can think of lol. ...Anyways..... Thanks again for the upload. It made my day to take a shot and see if 'maybe' I'd get lucky and be able to hear it and ... lo and behold, I actually was able to listen (and Quickly convert to mp3) this Cherry from my childhood :D Just know that you made a grown man's day with this :) Have an AWESOME day yo! I don't care what anyone says. I think this movie is unironically good. People will defend the Kung Fu Mary Sue OC Fanfiction Fever Dream adaptation of Resident Evil, but think THIS is a bad adaptation?
