Its just sad thinking that all what nodame wants is to be a kindergarten teach but theres people out there that puts a burden on her to the fact that she has music talents
Well it becomes a complicated philosophical question: If a talented person is not utilizing/realizing their talents, should others intervene? And the answer isn't as straightforward imo. Most of Nodame's teachers were sincere and well-wishers of her and wanted her to hone her talent (apart from the easy-going teacher she loved to work with before Harisan-sensei). Even though Nodame herself gets quite upset by the pressures that others put on her, by the end, she has come to terms with her abilities and has internalized the concept of wanting to improve. All this wouldn't have been possible without those who pushed her to that direction. In that light, it can be thought of as a coming of age story. This is my interpretation
I's day it's not about her wanting to be kindergarten teacher, she had a trauma in childhood and because of that abandoned desire to improve or start loving studying. It may be easy to think that after season 1 end she got over her experience, but I think she's not done, her wish to be teacher is more of way to cope with her experience, reinventing her (probable) dream of becoming piano professional into still being able to play piano, but no pressure and no painful improving. This anime is about others helping her to accept her childhood fully and show her that music not neseccarily is painful and can be interesting to study. Auclair was mad at Stresemann for that reason: Stresemann tried to help her being recognised, but for Nodame, instead, it was yet another traumatic experience where she fueled her piano skill with painful memories of Chiaki and Son Ryi, all that fame not worth it. Auclair was trying to help her understand the beauty of music, and he understood what happened when Nodame disappeared.
