    In modi govt period solar generation increased 15 times and cost of generation is mostly below 2.50 rupee per kwh. So green and cheap power will boost economy.

    Currently we are 3 trillion Dollar Economy. But we must work hard to achieve as a 10 Trillion Dollar Economy (distant 3rd largest economy behind China and USA) in next 12-15 years. For that govt must invest more and more on infrastructure, our financial institutions need to get strong, political willingness and constructive criticism from opposition, should be more open to the foreign companies, strong judicial system to counter corruption and most important is people should follow the protestant work ethic to achieve that.

    Mushroom cultivation should be encouraged below the solar panels. No additional land required. Only a dark n humid environment is needed.

    • @MrWackozacko
      @MrWackozacko 4 ปีที่แล้ว +10

      Thats a good idea. Generally to grow anything you need sunlight so any land under a solar panel becomes fairly useless, mushrooms are a great alternative and seem to solve this problem. Could geneically engineer or cross breed a high protein mushroom too for sure.

      Interestingly enough that isn't quite true.
      There is a thing called agrivoltaic where they use farm land for both.
      In Germany they had a test installation and the installation that used both actually produced around tge same or even more agicuktural yield than the one without solar.

    But maybe Lift the Solar Panels Up to Four Metres Off the Ground so the Land Under can be Utilised.

    It is one of the 7 countries which will reach their target co2 emission levels by 2030.
    There is not a single developed European country which will reach their target co2 emission levels.
    There is neither america , japan nor china in the 7 countries.

    Initiative is very appreciative one. But lot of land is wasted, it could have been irrigated with inter connecting the canals.
    On the canals these panels fixed along entire streatch. This is trying in Gujarat/Rajasthan.
    Here we can save the land, irrigation helps to generate more income for farmers and simultaneously electricity is generated.

    This will change the climate in the local area.. Might end up needing a heard of small herbivores to eat the grasses but will not be able to damage the solar panels... By the looks of things the ground surface is now receiving only 1/3rd of the direct sunlight it received before..

    Roughly, a 5 Kw solar panel may supply 20kwh/day - which may be enough to power for a medium sized home in US. (my average usage is about 800 kwh per month). Thus the solar park of 2050 MW should power 400,000 home??

    • @ef2b
      @ef2b 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Per capita energy use is different in the two countries with the US being exceptionally high. Averaged over regions, it is probably around 10-fold higher in the US, which takes 400,000 homes to 4 million. I do not know the correct ratio to use for the particular regions in consideration, but I have no trouble believing it is big enough to explain your 4e5 vs. their 1e6.
