Thanks Eric, I appreciate the feedback! I'd feel bad giving out rig information in this format that wasn't easily actionable by viewers so I'm glad it was clear!
Thank you Colin that is great feedback to hear! Any ideas on other rig style videos like this? I can't think of many others for the Bow right now haha, this one has been on my mind to make for a while!
@@RosinFlyFishing When I'm nymphing I usually put the nymph on the bottom and my split shot about 10-12 inches above that. I put the tippet in the split shot and then wrap it once around the shot and back thru it then squeeze the shot closed. That way the shot won't slide up or down the tippet.
@@RosinFlyFishing ah yes sorry autocorrect yeah that’s good in there only problem is how it get so busy I drove by last weekend and there was 8 vehicles parked under the bridge lol
Great job. You’re a natural teacher. One question: what kind of gloves are you using while fishing. Obviously you’re a cold climate so they they must be keeping your hands. I assume both dry and warm?
Thank you for the kind words :). I use Nitrile gloves occasionally, to keep my hands warm/dry when it's cold. But I still wet them for touching fish! They don't harm the fish at all though
Nice explanation. I used to always fish with three flies in the UK, but never with an indicator or shot. You learn to satay away from those tight loop casts fairly quickly , because it gets ugly, very quickly.
I’m just getting into fly fishing and your videos are extremely helpful. Thank you so much!
Thanks TL, hit me up on Instagram if you have more questions :)
That was remarkably clear, I always find videos like that that explain rigs don't do a very good job explaining them.

Very good video and welcome to Vancouver! Like your channel. Keep it up.
Thanks Jack! I'm not stopping fishing anytime soon haha :)

Good tips rosin I was gonna say it must get tangled a lot but water loading is very clever!
Yep it does even with water loading lol... hope for no wind :P. Getting out yourself during this Chinook?
@@RosinFlyFishing I tried last weekend but I got skunked lol gonna try again this weekend may I ask where your on brown came from?

Haha I bet you do, losing that rig or tangling it is the worst!
Missing the bow yet? Good of you to share that info with people, hopefully this give someone a great day on the river.
Haha you couldn't tell eh... Yeah I miss it, I had so much more to explore :) oh well, new challenges to overcome and that's always fun for me!!
