Is Platypus stuff usually instrumental? I was expecting Ty to sing on this. Also, I'm not sure I recall who drummed for them - was it Rod Morgenstein? I'm thinking it was, though I don't recall where I learned that. This is great, in terms of instrumental, jam oriented rock. Not really what I was expecting, though. At all. What, then? Maybe a bit more Zappa-esque, but with a psychedelic undertaste - Zappa with late 60's Beatles in there. This was pretty good, though.
He sings on almost all of the songs. This is Morgenstein, Sherinian, Myung, and tabor. Jelly Jam is those four less Sherinian. You'd like Jelly Jam better. Ever hear Jughead? Poppy and rocking, Tabor with the Bissonette brothers.
I've got a fever, and the only prescription is more CLAVINET!
I usually don't comment on stupid fever comments, but the only response to that is FUCK YEAHHH!!!!!!!!
2:28....I SWEAR that flames are jumping from Ty's fretboard!
