Very nice idea you have there. Best of luck to you I hope it fits. Don't think I have ever even heard of anyone using a Mopar engine in a Sting Ray. Just let me in on 1 thing. What tires you gonna use on the back, I think I'll invest some money into that company. Good choice in switching frames the 67 frame may have not survived. Have fun take your time it will be worth it in the end.

Thank you, itll be the widest tires I can find that will fit on 12 inch wide rims. Rim selection is still undecided. Not many choices for 18x12. I was wanting to go with the turbine style that originally come on the C2's but 18's to allow room for the larger brakes, the only company I can find that does them, EVO industries wants $2k a piece, big pass on that

Probably not an engine I would have selected for a restomod, but, to borrow a phrase from the military -- If you got 'em, smoke 'em. Good luck! It will be fun to watch your progress. BTW, what part of TX are you in? I'm watching from the Fort Worth area.

Thank you, I didnt want to do the typical LS swap. Wanted something unique for my dream car. Im in the Dallas area as well, might see it as some car shows once I get it done, havent been able to get out to the shop for the past few weeks.

@@DieseledDragon I understand. I have owned four Corvettes over my lifetime, going all the way back to '74. So, I guess I am a bit of a purist. But it will be intriguing to see how dropping that Mopar into the Vette goes.
