To all: the episode is S03E02 (the second part of that rookie arc) and Grievous actually says "Your skills are impressive. Perhaps a match for my own, assassin". The whole sequence is included in all its g(l)ory on Disney+. however, while the likes of the English, French or German tracks don't betray any traces of any ommissions, others (at least Polish and Hungarian) do have the sound muted for a couple of seconds (the original voice actresses there never having recorded the "mmmmp" kissing sound). I imagine that's because the Cartoon Network release's track was the only one available at the moment so the could either add the missing piece or just pause the audio so it wouldn't fall out of sync with the rest of the episode. It's also possible that some studios kept the tracks in separate channels so they had more flexibility, whereas the rest just had this one big recording for all, so no further modifications were possible without dooming the overall effect.
