Maybe it's just me, but I can't for the life of me get the flow of this spec at all. And i've played Sub Rogue, Holy Pally, etc in the past too. I always feel starved for Runes or accidentally cap runic power too much and burn it away too fast. That and I feel like i'm spending all of my time staring at my bar for things to come off of CD, rather than feeling the flow of combat more naturally and being able to watch what's going on; on screen. I feel like 60% of my attacks are auto attacks as I wait for CD's to drop or runes to regen. Any tips?
when you cap runic power just spend runes... when your rune starved then spend runic power to generate runic corrution... POP your Blood of the ENEMYstand in you D&D with you pet in DT apply festering wounds and pop them..... always burst on your D&D or with your pet no matter how runic capped you are spend runes to pop wounds then when rune starved spend runic power...rinse repeate hope this helps... by the way this spec is the slowest played in bfa no matter what you do jsut be prepared to take your time nothign happens fast with UH you ROT everything... stack haste to 27-30% then vers

While I agree about mashing as many scourge strikes into your DD window, its a lot better to DT your pet with Infected claws to cleave sores onto the pack while using festering strike and unholy frenzy to spread even more sores. If its 4 or less targets you DD, Blood of the enemy, apocalypse, and then mash scourge strike for massive aoe burst damager (after you have put a good anount of sores on the pack). 4+ mobs in a pack you apocalypse before you DD and blood of the enemy. MDI unholy dks are able to pull over 1 million dps with Infected+bursting sores build on packs of 5+ mobs. It truly is insane how much aoe unholy can pull. Plz do some research on this aoe burst and give it a try
Was doing 200-300k dps on hivemind when adds spawn shit is crazy if you can get those wounds spread. I make sure on opener to stack wounds before bursting on both bosses then as soon as adds spawn drop DND and go hams, if you get some good infected claw procs youll do another 50K+ dps easily.

Is Zandalari a good Race to pick? if not which race on the hordeside including allied would be the best pick? 2. Is Unholy competitive in Raid/Myth+ environment? (Like can i go on nr. 1 place in the guild if i play a good unholy?) 3. How is PVP? (Arena, BG's, Open-World etc.) Thanks man!
honeslty its all about what your preference is for a class... some give you a small class wide difference between another class ultimatly in theend, DK is just OP especially unholy.. the dot cleave is broken the pet damage is great the AMS is stupid for M+ and pvp... in pvp alone a bad unholy dk can train down a decent healer just sitting on him... as far as pushign keys unholy lacks a little bit on certain weeks due to its huge AOE cleave.. so bursting weeks you need to watch what your doing ... other then that man unholy is great.. there is a reason why Method ran 2 of them in the world finals this Xpac .

Gonna have to put my bloodDK-axe away and dust off my ghouls. What do you think about swapping between specs for regular play? I've been working on my Blood DK but sometimes my friends just need more damage. Any advice about swapping as needed? I'm wondering if I should look for hybrid armor and weapons or just swap sets. hey brotgher honeslty if you want to swap i do it ... you are more valuable of a player if you can play multiple specs very well... i would say stack each gear set on its own some things liek rings and stuff u can swap between the sets but yes ultimatly your doing it right...and as far as macros and stuff goes i have a DK video for all my macros and stuff liek that i would check that out :P

spend runes on scourge strike when youdrop your D&D so you can hit all targets spend the runes on scourge strike and festering strike then pop them till you have no runes left after you are rune caped out then dup your runic power to get runic corruption to kick it to coll down your runes... then rinse repeat spend till you have no runes dump power after runes are gone... even if you are runic power capped jsut keep spending runes till there gone and you have to dump runic power at that point

So Lots of comments from the peanut gallery.... its simple as this ... either use what im saying or dont.... the fact that you call .....out breaking a target that is ranged FROM you and you have a chance to build runic power while you are ranged... wrong... is funny. i can outbreak and epidemic a target that is far as fuck from me while my slow DK gets up to where that ad is at ......... the fact you say..... not to spamm scurge stike while on top of your D&D.... even tho you are runic power capped..... is also funny.... id rather smash as many runes into scurge strke as i can while im on top of my D&D...... the fact you dont run a AOE rotation cleaving everything with epidemic or using death strike to spend only 35 runic power per strike to engage runic corruption so then reapply festinering wounds on your target is funny...... use dark transfomation with unholy frenzy on big packs when you and your pet and cleave them down togeher... maintaing your dot tick... and replacing scurge strike with necrotic strike in PVP and combining necros with unholy frenzy when your readyto BURST and to drop 5 or 6 necros in to them ....... If you do not agree with this... then you are doing something WRONG!

i agree with you spreading wounds and busting as many wounds on as many targets as possible is the way to go :P

Death coil only on ST AoE is epidemic... Two way to spend runic power depending on if it's multi or just single

I have a question. I have 40 haste and 41 mastery but my dps aint impressive. Should I prioritize mastery over others
get simulation craft addon and use it in conjuction with raidbots.com to sim your charcter in real time so you know what is best as per your toon
