For those that are interested in the guitar, it is a "Torres" by Gabriele Lodi. Spruce top with maple back and sides I believe.

This wonderful video shows clearly why the art of the Classical Guitar is second to none in artistic elegance. Not only are we treated to extremely fine musical composition but we're also given a compelling visual display of an example fine instrumental skill. Ears and eyes are invited to this feast. Bravo! Marcin Dylla

A really awesome and impressive performance!
Mr.Dylla has his name written in the world classical guitar history forever. As Segovia has once said about guitar playing: it is the easiest musical instrument to be badly played , and the most difficult one to be played with perfection! Mr Dylla took the hard and difficult way and gave us a heavenly interpretation! A Great Maestro! He knows with an acute precision what he is doing! He thinks at every note, feels in his heart each one of them. He does it with a perfect sense of cooperation among the notes and the musical phrases!! A cooperation toward uniqueness ! Wonderful! A quite rare event! . Every little detail is intentionaly conceived and played .
God bless you Mr Dylla! Hope you come to Brazil so we can see you and enjoy your talent.
Thanks for sharing these unique gifts!

@@sutherndudetx you obviously know very little if anything at all about what's going on in the Classical guitar world here in Texas. Austin Tx.Especially Austin Classical Guitar which is a huge light in the Classical guitar world.
Yes; we love our Willie and miss Stevie and appreciate Eric and on and on...we have some of the world's best Classical guitar programs at UT (Adam Holzman, Matt Hinsley) and of course for 30 years now ACG. Some of the best performers, teachers and professor's in Classical guitar live, teach and perform here. Duo's , quartets and soloist. Very famous Classical guitarist from around the world come to Austin TX to perform and give master classes. Ana Vidovic, Pepe Romero, David Russell, Elliott Fisk, Gohar Vadanya, Sharon Isbin to name a few. Our student programs in junior high and high are second to none. All this is just the tip of iceberg so to speak. I'm very happy to educate your obvious presumptive assumptions about the Classical guitar community in TX especially ATX.
This recital by Maestro Marcin was in the middle of the day after a master class. I've seen less audience in Boston during certain circumstances. Crowd size really doesn't matter; anyway. Well, at least you know more about our wonderful programs here in Texas! I'll tell you more sometime; though I have to go feed the horses and burn one with Willie.
Take care and good luck to you.

It's very hard to make this sound charming on a Modern Spanish Classical Guitar, because the sound of the instrument is so overly warm - muddy and tubby, the very opposite of the instrumental sound which Guiliani would have had in his ear, if not in his hand, as he composed it.

    • @ThisCreepingLife

Excellent, but the quality of recording isn't up to the artists ability.
The good sound studio recording would reflect this great performance.
The camera angle showing the end of grand piano all the time, creates a clastrophobic effect. It should be further back showing entire artist against the paintings on the wall, or the wall itself. No planing involved.

Are you kidding me? Someone bought a baby to this performance? Faux pas!
I'm not looking for an excuse to say negative things about young children or their parents, but there is no definitive scientific proof that exposing your baby/toddler to classical music will have any cognitive benefits. Bring the kids when they're old enough to appreciate that they're hearing music, like age 4 or above, because if they're there any younger than that, it is to no one's benefit. Show some respect for the audience and performer.

Actually I don’t care for this performance, particularly the sloppy timing. Trying to do too much, when playing (mostly) in strict time is more elegant for this period. Plus in every version he has online, he adds an extra beat of G7 4 measures before the return to the theme in the development section of the first movement. Very odd. It’s like he doesn’t know where he is in the measure. And he does NOT follow the dynamic markings in the score. Listen to David Russell’s version for what I mean.
